Treasure Trove Ltd offer a deposit facility whereby our customers may place a percentage deposit on an item to reserve that item pending full payment on collection or prior to delivery.
When a deposit is placed on an item, that item, subject to confirmation of price and availability, is considered sold to the customer placing the deposit, with the expectation that the item will be paid for and collected within 30 days of the deposit being placed.
Deposits placed on items cannot be refunded once confirmation of availability has been received - if the item on which the deposit was placed is for some reason unavailable, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Where the customer changes their mind and no longer wishes to purchase the reserved item, they must notify Treasure Trove Ltd within five days of having placed the deposit. The deposit amount will then be credited to the customer in the form of a credit note against future purchases at Treasure Trove Ltd - it is not possible to refund any deposit paid without prior agreement.
To place a deposit on any item online, simply click on the Paypal button - you don't need a Paypal account - any credit or debit card can be used securely to make you payment.
